Got my first bite today from Lester. I always thought paisley would be the one to bite because he lunges at me haha. He did manage to draw blood which I didn't expect.

Dang, i've been bitten like 10 times, all from aggressive eaters, but it never hurt. Did it hurt a lot?

I just found this post, and have to share my story. Mojo my male Sunglow last year latched on to the side of my hand, and did an alligator roll. It bleed, and hurt. He left a nasty wound.
Now, the reason: Dumb me had him, and several females in a plastic swimming pool. I was cleaning the bins. I suddenly noticed that Mojo was trying to mate with a female. When I picked him up, he bit me. I know...DUMB!!! Lesson learned!!

My first crestie was a biter during his "teenage" equivalent stage. Sometimes he wouldn't let go for over a minute.
