You have quite a few problems with husbandry. I would get rid of the sand asap. Not only it can cause impaction, but eye infections and upper respiratory problems as well.
He should idealy have 3 hides altogether. Humid hide, cool side, warm side. Get rid of the UVB because the cage is too small to use UVB safely in geckos. The UVB will be too intense for his eyes and skin. Bring up the temp of the floor on the hot side to 95. Make these changes asap, but since there are so many husbandry issues and he is not eating it's best to take him to a vet asap.

You need to be able to measure the floor temp on the warm side. A digital probe thermometer is around $10 at the pet shop. Get one right away. Ditch the sand yesterday and use paper towel, at least for the time being. Do not let crickets roam the tank, they harass and can injure your gecko and eat poop which can cause parasites. A lot of things you can straighten out, but the eye issue is causing your gecko to feel poorly, which is reflecting in his appetite. Get him to a qualified reptile vet to get the eye issue cleared up before it gets worse. They can get bad eye infections if not treated promptly.

Thanks. I got hold of the breeder also and he said all the same things you said. He came over last night and helped me redo the tank. I will keep you updated on how he does. Also the breeder said he thinks they both got into it (Wink) and she got hold of him since he noticed his one leg has a cut on it.
