gecko eye problem

One of my geckos had some shed stuck on her head for a few days and when i took it off both of her eyes look like they have a film of water covering them:main_huh: any suggestions
im also treating her for maybe a parasite or bacteria infection and when ever she eats she regurgitates too

i read some people put wet tea bags on thier eyes??? is that ok?

Get some sterile saline solution and put a few drops in 2-3 times a day until it clears up.

I have no idea what putting a tea bag on its eye would do, but it doesn't sound very practical. Of course, I could be wrong.

teabags are used in my country as antiseptic lotions for dogs because dogs tend to lick their wounds.. so i think teabags are fine. but you have to boil the teabags once or twice in case its too strong. I use lipton tea bags for my dogs wounds.

I would agree with putting saline solution in it several times a day. However, if you dont see a significant improvement within 7-10 days then I would consider seeing your vet and getting some antibiotic eye ointment. Good luck

Have you taken her to a vet? Was she diagnosed with parasites and bacteria infection?
