Gecko get wounded.. But by what..? A monster?!

Hello, i had few gecko that became sick and i noticed they all got wounded before that happens. As picture shows, its kind of a deep cut. Another one, not pictured, had the wound in the middle of her tail.

I totally doubt a cricket or worm would ever do this, and i don't leave them in if uneaten anyway. I also doubt this could be another gecko bite, even though they can get violent. What do you think?

Check your enclosure and see if there is anything pointy and sharp that could hurt them this way. A branch, a piece of plastic, a raised part of the floor, a sharp rock etc. I agree it doesn't look like an insect bite or wound from a fight so the environment would be my guess.

Well no, there's definitly nothing that could hurt that bad, especially for the one on the left pic...
