That's what I was thinking, but I thought she was too yellowish to be considered tangerine. Also, someone on another forum said sunglow, but I don't think so.

Is she gravid? She kind of looks like she is in the "front and center" picture, but it's hard to tell. That might explain her more yellow than tangerine look, too.

Yes, she was gravid when the pictures were taken.

I'm curious, how would that affect her color?

Some leos loose color during breeding. Some get it back and some dont. Some just change all together!

SHT for sure. Do you all think that it is marketable as a CT? Just asking because there doesn't seem to be much carrot there. It could just be faded from breeding I suppose but I'd like to hear a few people who are more experience than myself weigh in on the topic for my own benefit.

and that girls is prettty small to be breeding...

I think she still has a little growing to do before she gets her full-on adult colors. My hypo male was a dull yellow with no signs of orange on his tail as a juvenile. Now he's got a decent amount. It's less than what this girl has now, so I'm hoping she'll break out with a nice CT in a few months.

Also, I didn't know about the color change while breeding. Fascinating...

I thought she was pretty small too, but she was already carrying eggs when I got her, so I thought she would be fine.

I would also just call it a SHT. Not enough solid orange - yet.
