I started a thread in the forum about a week ago for my gecko, who hasn't been eating. I made slurry for him and have been giving him two warm water soaks a day. It's been two weeks since then.
My gecko was eating the slurry but then stopped a few days ago. When I say stopped, I mean he's flat out refusing it. When I was feeding him the slurry he didn't like it on his nose, so he would lick it off a q-tip, which was working fine. Recently he doesn't want anything to do with the slurry. When I put it on his nose he shakes it off, and he won't lick it off the q-tip. I tried using an eye dropper to drop it into his mouth but he spits it out. He passed (or threw up) something that looked like a white tadpole a couple of days ago. His skin is really loose and chalky. He might be refusing the food because he's full or something, but before I made the slurry he hadn't eaten in a few months. More on that in the other post.
He's blind in both eyes, and he refuses any mealworms. He doesn't like crickets either. I would appreciate any help anyone has. Thank you
EDIT: He has been drinking water
EDIT: He just shed haha. He hasn't done it in so long I forgot that that's what he might be trying to do! All is good
