His UTH is set to 91F. It's getting a little cooler in my area and I'm thinking it's his internal rhythm. Do I need to buy a lamp for the ambient air? Or up his pad temp? He doesn't look skinny.... Yet.

It's normal for leopard geckos to eat less in the winter. Just keep an eye on his weight. Generally, unless they've lost more than 10% of their body weight, you shouldn't worry. =)

Like what's been said, it is normal for leos to withold feeding during winter. Even in countries that experience warm weather all year round, there are geckos that would fast for a week if they feel like it. Just keep offering theri usual feeders, water and supplements and he'll do just fine :)
