My 2.5 year old leo is basically pooping every 10-15 days for some reason. She eats about 2-3 superworms twice a week and occasionally crickets and when she poops it's rather large sized. Do you think shes getting constipated or is she just waiting till a lot builds up? She used to go more often but now it's rare that she actually defecates. I gave her some mineral oil today and soaked her last night which i'm sure will help her out but I don't want to have to do that every week lol .

She lives in a 20 gallon tank with no loose substrate. Her ground temps are a variant from 70-100 degrees provided by a ceramic heat emitter , she has unlimited water/calcium and she looks very healthy ( big tail and vibrant colors)

hows the poo looking when she dose go? any undigested food matter?
if shes bright, fat and healthy i would just put it down to slowing down as an adult gecko :)
have you tried offering her food more oftern?

Food is always digested properly. Solid with no indication of bug parts. I try to keep her at a healthy weight, I don't want her to be a giant lard so I monitor her weight and feed according to that .

Maybe she's just slowing down but I find it strange. She pooped tonight after 13 days and ate two super worms after that.

hmmm well I’m not quite a herp vet yet but if you’ve tried the mineral oil with warm baths + the fact that she pooped then ate just after wouldn’t indicate an impaction. But if you are still unsure or want to be 100% positive there’s nothing wrong, then I would suggest seeking a vet for a quick check up.
Could you possibly change the diet for a short period to perhaps locusts which are a little more fluidy to see if it makes a difference to the defecating pattern?
