Gecko not using heat

I'm a bit worried about my gecko. All 5 of my leo's are housed in my small rack system(28 qt tubs). Hot spots at 93, warm hide and humid hide, fed on mealworms. All but one of my geckos are doing amazing and pooping and eating daily. But my normal, (6 months old) stopped eating a lot the last couple of weeks. What is ultimately worrying me is that he doesn't seem to use his hot spot one bit anymore. The room temp is 75 and when I pick him up he doesn't feel warm since he won't go on the warm side of tank(heated by 4 in flexwatt belly heat). I'm not sure why because he has 3 hides on the warm side. He did eat 6 mealies last night which I'm happy about but I've never had a gecko not use his warm side. He also is looking a little skinny

I have noticed some of my geckos like it warmer than others. Could the warm side be too hot for him?
