Usually my gecko's skin repels water very well. One geckos skin soaks in straight up. Does this mean she is dehydrated/ill?

Likely thirsty. Give her a good soak, and make sure she has plenty of drinking water. Add something with electrolytes to it, like Repti-Safe or http://www.reptilesupply.com/product.php?products_id=996
