Gecko Soup?

Hi all, I have just acquired quite a few new Leos. One is exceptionally emaciated. I have never seen a baby in such bad shape. She is eating small roaches and seems semi active. I am keeping her warm and she has water, calcium, and mealworms in her cage. She does have a medium sized black blue area on her stomach. What could this be? Is it just cause she is super skinny or could it be something worse? Also, should I try feeding her gecko soup or just let her keep eating on her own? I am so sad at her condition. You can actually see the bones in her skull. I will try to post pictures tomorrow for better reference. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

awww bad times! i would say to be on the safe side that you feed her the soup anyway! the only thing that springs to mind unfortunatly when somebody mentions a blue/black patch on the stomach is crypto..
this may just be me jumping the gun and apolaagies in advance if I am but it may also be the reason for her condition.
keep an eye on her and just keep doing what you are already doing may just be that she needs some TLC from a loving owner

I will just keep on offering small roaches or crickets if she is willing to eat on her own. Using a dropper or syringe to feed slurry will be stressful to the gecko; usually I won't go to this option unless the gecko is very emaciated and not eating anything on its own at all.

About the blue/black shade on the belly, could it be its internal organ?

I checked on her this morning and she has had a poopy. It was small but it was there and there was no terrible odor and she still seems semi active. I am hoping she has just been grossly neglected and now that she has everything she needs she will start to make a turn around.

The little bitty I have decided to name Miracle because that is what I am expecting from her. She shed last night is that a good sign?
