Gecko with Nose Irritation

Hey,

We've only had our Fat Tail Gecko for a couple of months and it has developed a sore on it's nose. It's pretty hard to see :main_robin: in the attached image but it sometimes bleeds as well just above the upper lip. Can someone identify possible causes and remedies?

looks like mouth rot. take it to a vet asap, death is highly possible.
