Hello so my baby geckos are almost 2 months old and I'm starting to see them putting a little fat on those tails which makes me happy. However, I'm still feeding them small meal worms about half an inch to 3/4 of an inch in size. I was wondering would it be okay to move up to a bigger size. I know super worms are extremely too big for them. Anything in between?

Thank you

I feed my babies meal worms untill they reach around 10-12g. then I give them Giant mealworms. when they reach 20g I start them on supers. this has worked well for me. so to me its not about how old they are its can they handle the food we give them. Hope this helps

They grow well using appropriate sized feeders. As they grow, so should their feeders. Once my hatchlings move past a gatorade cap mealworm dish to a regular food dish, small supers are introduced in with their mealworms. Doesn't take them long to discover they prefer supers. As they get bigger, so do their supers.
