I'm just getting into breeding, so this genetics stuff is a bit over my head right now. I have one pair of Macks right now and will be getting a male Enigma 100% het RAPTOR this week. I also have a female Patternless hets unknown I plan on putting the Enigma with for now. So my pairs are:

Pair #1 - Male Patty Mack 100% het Rainwater paired with a Female Mack 100% het Rainwater

Pair #2 - Male Enigma 100% het RAPTOR with a Female Patty hets unkown

What will I get from these pairs? Should I switch the pairs up? I know with pair number 2 there will be some unknowns with not having any background on the female. I plan to buy me female RAPTOR to pair with my Enigma, once I get some breeding experience under my belt. Let me know what you guys think. :D :main_thumbsup:

pair 1:
25% mack snow rainwater albino het patternless
25% supersnow rainwater het patternless
25% mack snow 66% het rainwater 100% het patternless
25% supersnow 66% het rainwater 100% het patternless

pair 2:
50% enigma het patternless 50% het eclipse 50% het tremper
50% non-enigma het patternless 50% het eclipse 50% het tremper

raptor is the same thing as tremper albino and eclipse, so you dont want to breed the enigma with any of the het rainwaters because its not smart to mix different albino strains (you get double hets and things get messy). i would breed the female patternless with the male from pair 1 and wait on a raptor for the enigma. If you breed an enigma het raptor (het raptor means double het eclipse/tremper) to a raptor you could potentially produce Novas. Nova = an Enigma raptor.

i think i covered all the bases, but feel free to ask more questions

So breeding the Enigma to my Patty female, not a good idea? What if she were het tremper because I don't know her background. And if I paired my two Patty's, I would get? Thanks for the input.

breeding the patternless to the mack patternless het rainwater would yield:
50% - mack snow patternless 50% het rainwater
50% - patternless 50% het rainwater.

Breeding the enigma to the patty would not be a bad idea, just not as exciting as breeding the enigma to a raptor or a het raptor...

Well I don't have the Raptor female yet. So I'll be pairing the Patty and the Enigma for now. I'm trying to get some breeding experience under my belt for now. I'm not trying to breed really high end morphs yet. But I will soon as I gain a bit more knowledge. That is why I bought the Enigma het for future projects. Again thanks for input!
