Getting prepared

Im getting a sunglow leo on Friday. A co-worker is giving it to me. All I know is that s/he is in a 10 gallon tank. I dont want to ask too many questions...just want to get it here. I have to go pick up a UTH tomorrow because the leo doesnt have heat right now.

What size UTH do I need?
Do leos need to soak lile beardies?

UTH's should normally be 1/3 the size of the tank. Temperatures in the hot hide, 90-95f, cool side with a hide usually 80f during day, can reach lower at night. A moist hide for aid in shedding and hydration, vitamins(repashy plus is common on here), and of course food/water. Leo's don't NEED to be soaked if there healthy. I know people soak there geckos if they are dehydrated, impacted or have stuck shed. Frequent soaking can also stress a gecko out. What substrate are you using?.
