Really cool photo shoot. How is the sand working out? Have you ever though of using floor tiles or paper towels? Reason I ask is its much easier to clean loose fecal matter by just wiping it out and with tiles on one side still looks cool without any health problems from sand in eyes, ingesting and infections from bacteria growth within the sand. Plus it cost way to much to replace the sand every few weeks in order to prevent health problems.

So true on the sand! My buddy got back from his tour and asked my why a leopard gecko was on sand. Lol. I guess where he was in the middle east they were in the woods. I haven't had and sand problems yet. Over five years so I guess they learned how to get the food without the sand. This tank is for display too so that's the main reason. I'm building a display like rakesrepts did in the diy forum so it won't have sand. Sand is 20/bag here and I need two bags every month.
