Giant maybe?

A lady in the neighborhood petstore wants to sell her gecko to me, its maybe a giant i have no idea. Its a male thats 1 year old and weighs 100 grams, and looks like a tang to me, 100 grams lean, does not look fat at all. Looks like he could actually put another 15 or 20 grams on and still look good (not fat).

So could this be a giant? I have no idea?

She wants $50.00 for him. Im really tempted

Is a 100 gram Leo considered a giant? She has no idea if he is a giant.

Well, nothing is a "giant" unless it's out of Tremper's giant line. So, you won't really know. I would consider it a giant at that age and weight, even if it's not from Tremper's giant line. You should get it if it's nice and you have room.

I thought that the whole Giant trait was just that... a line breed trait. Not like human gigantism (bad spellckeck ) So it could be a "giant" right? Im allways down for getting MORE when I can.

The giant trait, I'm pretty sure was not line bred. It's a tait much like the mack snow trait.

tremper giants (male) range from 90-110grams and super giants are over 110grams
