Giant Meal Worms...... ??????

My Gecko's don't like or eat the Giant mealies. IS this common? I have ordered some Large to try out. I'm just going by what I have read. Feed crickets and leave a dish with some mealies in it. They don't eat them.

Are you talking about super worms?? My Leo was raised on small mealworms and he ate 3 super worms and a large cricket today no problem. He was never fed crickets either so I was surprised he ate them.

It's possible that he's talking about the growth-hormone treated mealworms that continue to grow larger without pupating.

Superworm or not, I know for sure that geckos have their own likes and dislikes, especially when it comes to phoenix worms. It could be that your gecko just doesn't have the taste for giant mealworms.
