Few ppl name it co-dominant as of the fact you have Giants and Super Giants and when pairing a Super Giant to normal you get Giants.

in theory 50% giant - 50% non-giant.

but I think it's hard to draw the line to determine what is giant and what is not. As an example. In 2006 I bought a sunglow that was possibly giant (one of the parents was a giant)

Her weight was after 1 year 70 grams (not very convincing for a giant female) This year I pared her with a non-giant male sunglow. They gave me really hughe offspring.

I kept a couple of the female offpring born in march and may. 2 of them allready have a weigt of +100gram. 2 sister from a different clutch have 89 ang 92 grams. They are not fat but just big

At the age of 8 months those females already have a giant weight. The question stays: are they giants? Honestly, I don't know.

Because i don't think that the mother is a giant and the fact that the father is 100% non-giant.

I believe it's hard to draw the line.

Hey Sammy maybe it also depends in law of luck. I could think of the possebility that your female maybe is a Giant but normaly would be a small Gecko(like females that never reach the 50 gramms) and this wasn´t keept by the Hatchlings.
Or the Giant trait is not so authentic. Could be that this gene isn´t showing his potetial every time? Well I think the best way would be to have Offsprings of the original Giant^^

Giants are actually incomplete dominant. And I would say that the female sunglow is a giant. Giants are predisposed to grow bigger, but they might not always reach their full possible size.
