Ok. So I was catching up on the forums and read a post the other day about ovulating females having pink spots on their belly. I put my male in with her that night and witnessed the copulation. Now she seems to be eating a bit more and her undersides are mostly all pink. Someone lay out the steps for me what to expect. She has a hide to lay in and everything I just need the timeline...

Usually they will lay between 2-4 weeks. I have found that around one week before laying, they will shed, stop eating as much, and get very restless. You might see her doing several practice digs in her lay box. Be sure to keep the substrate in her lay box moist. Usually they will lay early morning, or early evening. Oh, and get the incubator up and running.:D

Timeline for me is to see geckos breed, check their bellies about twice a week until I see eggs that look fairly big and then I check the laybox once a day to make sure the substrate is moist and if there was digging I sift through it to see if there are eggs! Like scm133 said you're probably looking at 2-4 weeks for eggs to be laid but it could be as short as one week and as long as five. Good luck!

Mine usually stop eating when they begin to ovulate and don't eat much (if at all) until after their first clutch is laid. Once they figure out what's going on they're beasts!

My girl stopped eating, shed, became really lazy on the heat mat, then about a week before she laid, she got very restless, dug everywhere, swam the glass, and still wouldn't eat
