Our oldest son, Josh, moved up to North Carolina a few months ago to start college at NTI. Well, for the first time since Kindergarten, Josh is doing very well in school and through word of mouth and a friend of a friend and being in the right place at the right time (and any other metaphors you can think of), long story short; He just got signed to Derrick Cope's pit crew, who races currently in ARCA, Busch Series, Craftsman Truck Series and some NASCAR. He's going to Bristol at the end of this month and Talladega in October (I think is what he said).
DCE (Derrick Cope, Ent.) is getting their car this year and will be running the first 5 NASCAR events next year.
Now I'm looking forward to going to Daytona for a totally different reason!
