I got a pair of gold dust geckos (male and female) they are house in an 18x18x24 terrarium containing live plants.
So the male will make a b line to the female and start shaking his head side to side over the females body. Then when the female leaves the male will chase for a split second till she hides. Sometimes they are just hanging out and nothing happens
Is it ok? mating behavior maybe?
For the lighting i have 2 zoo med 5.0 bulbs (13 watt versions), but the front part of the terrarium is kinda dark. Should I get more lighting? I was eyeballing the exo terra sun ray, would that be way too much light?
