Golden Gecko laid an egg? I think?

My Golden gecko girl that I got back in January stopped eating a few days ago and I just looked in her cage and noticed an egg. I'm almost positive it's an egg. She's never been around any male unless she was before I got her? I highly doubt it's fertilized.. any insight? I have no clue what to do lol! Does this at least mean shes happy? She still looks like she has another one in her too..
