Well I found these when I got home right by my doorway. I was just curious if a leopard gecko would eat them. I put a meal worm in there for size comparison. I have no idea what they are lol.

They just might eat them, but wild caught bugs are never suggested as a feeder item, even for the diversity they offer. Wild caught has a high chance of having come in contact with pesticides and chemicals, plus the parasites in them are no good for your gecko. There's a reason people say to buy captive bred as opposed to wild caught animals and it's because wild caught always have a lot of parasites in their gut which leads to a shorter, less healthy life. In short, I would not feed that to my gecko. They might be interesting as pets, though.

That is a millipede. here's a little info I found on them: Due to their lack of speed and their inability to bite or sting, millipedes' primary defense mechanism is to curl into a tight coil — protecting their delicate legs inside an armoured body exterior. Many species also emit poisonous liquid secretions or hydrogen cyanide gas through microscopic pores along the sides of their bodies as a secondary defense. Some of these substances are caustic and can burn the exoskeleton of ants and other insect predators, and the skin and eyes of larger predators. I also agree with not feeding your animals anything you catch outside.

those are a very common millipede that lives in FL. some call the ivory millipedes. also very common in the pet trade. but i would not feed them to the leo, no tell what they would do to it.
