Good use for sand

I have several pounds of sand from when I was setting up a habitat for a few Mesobuthus martensii (Chinese Golden Scorpion). After I found out that I needed a permit for them, I looked into and got Leos.

This is what I did with the sand:

I still have it set up in case I decide to actually apply for the permit.

All of the photos were taken with a Kodak EasyShare Z712 IS. It doesn't have a Macro setting, so I did my best with what I have.
