Got 2 more last night

I think I have the leopard gecko bug.

I picked up two new guys at 9:00 last night. The breeder I got them from said they are about 1 week old. Parents are Blazing Blizzard and Super Hypo tangerine carrot tail.





The first one came out and explored the tank no problem. But the other just kinda hung out in the hide for a few hours. They both look just alike, only difference is the one in the pic has 3 white dots in a triangle on his head and the other only has 1.

I know the warm hide is a little big but its the smallest I had on hand. The white tub on the right side was to be a humid hide but it was kinda tall so I cut a new one.


I have found the genetic calculator but I don't see the Super hypo tangerine as a choice. Anyone got a guess what these guys might look like grown? It doesn't make a big difference to me but its interesting to think about what they will become.

Congrats.
They will most likely be Hypo het Tremper Albino het Blizzard with varying degrees of orange on their bodies and tail.
I wouldn't worry about the hide being too big, they'll grow out of it before you know it.

The dominate gene thing is still hard to fully understand. I'm reading up on all that so with some luck it will all make sense pretty soon

I got them to eat tonight. That was the first time had been able to eat. They both ate 4-5 crickets and one ate 2 meal worms so pretty good I think for the size.
