woo hoo!!! im now officially a certified "raymond order picker" driver at my work and i got me a $1 per hour raise!!!!!!:D :main_thumbsup:

Congrats.

I wasn't supposed to get a raise until May of 07 but for some reason I got a $.40 raise. It's not much but I'm at $8.15 now after four years of that place so it's going to help with time.

i got three pay raises alredy, and i've only been at my job about 8 months. i started at $8.50 as a "dockhand" taking furniture off the machines and placing them into bays, i doubled the amount of peices put in than most everybody there, so they moved me up to pulling ground level orders on the "tugger" basically a machine that pulls a big cart , i was pulling more orders than some of the guys who were on the ROS, so they decided that they want me me on the ROS, today was now my fourth day on it, and im keeping up with the guys who have been there for years. im only making $10 per hour (untill my one year review hits) but im doing something that i enjoy, and has alot of better opprotunities after i get a few years experiance.
