Got a shedding question!

My juvenile gecko Loki has had a recent shedding, however, the skin on her face won't come off, and it has been 3 days. Is this normal? It looks like it is bothering her, but I'm not sure what to do for her. Picking it off seems like a bad idea! Pretty sure that's something I'm not supposed to do! Please help?

Warm water in a Tupperware container that has air holes with paper towels in the bottom, add gecko, place lid, watch closely for 15 minutes or so. Make sure it is getting humid in there. I sometimes leave mine under a heat lamp for a few minutes til the sides get foggy.

Agree with Mclaughlin! I did the same for one of my geckos who had shed stuck on his head. He had difficlties getting it off after his bathing though, so I gently grabbed a part of the shed that was a bit loose on the edges of his head with a tweezer and just held it so that he could pull it of himself when he started to move away from my hand.

Agree to all of that!
