grasshopper puke

my leo ate a 2inch grasshopper and he is only 9grams and 4.5inches after he crushed the grasshopper's head crunch he got it down in like 10sec then i went to bed when i woke up i saw wat look to be a compacted half digested grasshopper body in my leos normal poop spop did he PUKE OR POOP AND CAN PUKEIN HURT A LEO

My guess is he regurgitated it. That's way too large for a 9 gram gecko. Prey should be no larger than the distance from their nose to eye. They will go after much larger prey, but will regurgitate just because their little bodies can't handle it.
Did you mean a cricket? Or was it a wild caught grasshopper? It's highly suggested you do NOT use wild caught prey, as they may be contaminated with pesticides and/or parasites.
A 9 gram gecko should be eating small to medium sized crickets and/or medium mealworms.
