Grasshoppers or Crickets

is it okay to feed grasshoppers to leos or will crickets only work?

If you can find a supplier here that would be good. They use grasshoppers(Locus) in Europe. I would not go and just catch them outside. You have no ideal if they been exposed to any kind of pesticides, herbicides, ect............
