UPDATE!

we have the first eggs from this pairing and my LVPA male is in with his LVPA girl right now...

The eggs were laid just as I came home...luckily, silly girl didn't want to go into the lay box and laid them right on the UTH...at least I didn't have to candle them, I could see the halo as I picked them up!

Here's Duchess-
due any day to drop those eggs-her pre-egg weight is in the 84 gram range so she is a big girl

Ms D dropped hers on Tues night and they are in the incubator

She's gravid, but the eggs are infertile. I want to wait until she's a year old to breed her.

PS-Duchess is still gravid but I am soooooooooo stupid-I found four dried up eggs in my moist hide in my amel aft's tank tonight

I' just gonna concentrate on keeping the girls nice and plump and since there are 3 girls maybe I still get some viable eggs this season

she resembles crayolas pic above alot, ive noticed that sometimes it looks as if her left side might stick out alittle more, like there is something there. i see so many pics on here that show eggs plain as day, but i sure cant see them in her, but she sure looks like she is

You should be able to see the eggs through her belly. If she's on the fat side, it might be harder to see them.
