Gravid, Unbred Female

I have a one year old female sunglow. She is about 45 grams. Maybe a teensy bit less because of this problem.... She is gravid. She has not been exposed to a male. There is one (only one) egg for sure in her stomach. She has lost a bit of weight but is still eating and looks normal. The egg isn't quite fully developed but I'd say 3/4.

I am worried about her because she is a bit on the small side. I'd never breed her this small but from what I understand 45 is the minimum and she's close..and it's only one egg.

I'm worried about her being egg bound though. What signs do I need to watch for? She has a humid hide where she can lay if need be but she isn't yet exhibiting any signs of nesting (no searching, digging or restlessness).

Should I be worried? Advice and support, please.

its unfertile, they all do it, they will produce eggs and lay them without being in contact with a male, its nothing to worry about, just provide her proper nutrients

Thank you. I'm aware it's unfertile, I'm just worried about her having difficulties. I have bred geckos in the past - but all the laying was planned and intentional. None of my unbred females have ever laid.
