you can compare on google while you wait for responses to:main_thumbsup: , I wont comment because I dont know 100 percent. To go offtopic i think thats incredibly horrible to dump pregnant geckos into your lap like that without telling especially if your a newbie like me...I'm not saying your a bad keeper or anything, but to have them pregnant without notice ahead of time and prepare can be dangerous for the geckos and stressful for you. I hope there not...im just assuming you didnt know if they turn out to be.

In my experience the eggs are never so even with each other, one is more towards the middle and one is towards the back on opposite side with every gecko i've had that layed.

well i thought they were eggs because my other female has white spots there too but not as large i have searched around on google but wanted to be sure as i said everyone here seems so educated. but yes i bought them assuming it was 3 females bcause thats what i was told..when clearly my male has larges bulges and the dark v shaped pores.. i was comparing the 2 females and this one seems to have larger whitish colored spots as i said im new so just trying to know for sure if shes gravid so i can be prepared im not a breeder of any sort so i kinda wish she hadnt just dopped a gravid female on me (if she is gravid) but if anyone else sees anything please let me know so very confused :) lol and thanks for all the replies and help but off to google to compare some more !

If she is gravid, you can just freeze the eggs and throw them away. No harm in that in my opinion. That's what we wound up doing with a gravid female we obtained.

Some people dont have the 'heart' to be able to do that, although I do agree thats the best way of doing that, I just dont think its fair for the animal aswell as for the keeper when people/sellers do this:main_no:. OP sounds like youll research and do what you need to do anyways if she turns out to be. GL:main_thumbsup:

There are numerous reasons for doing this. Accidental breeding. Unknown breeding. Unhealthy gecko breeding. Unethical gecko breeding. Questionable breeding. Owner didn't know it was a male/female pair. Owner doesn't want to have babies. Owner not prepared to incubate eggs. Each of these situations poses a different scenario that could produce an undesirable outcome for the gecko, resulting in a more difficult situation of culling or allowing an unhealthy gecko to live while being riddled with issues. Or not being able to care for hatchlings.....
