Growth of leo.

hi, i was just wondering how at about what age and length do leos grow till. i have had mine since christmas and has nearly doubled in length since then and is now about 8 1/4 inches from nose to tip of tail. do you think he will break 9 inches... thank you

Geckos grow till about 2 years of age. At first, they can be long and lanky. They don't start filling out till after the 1st year or so. Individuals vary though. I've had geckos reach 60g in the first six months and others don't reach 60g until after a few years. Length really doesn't matter. Some geckos have short torsos and long tails or the other way around.

Was your leo a baby when you bought it? It could still grow a little more.

when purchased he was still young, he was un-sexable until about 3 weeks or so after we got him. he was a christmas present and since then has grown from a little over 4 inches to 8and a quarter inces in total length. however i do not own a scale so i have no way of knowing his weight, however he is fat in the tail and his torso is average in size.

What morph is ur gecko if its a giant they get big also macks and I think its snows get long and lancky then fill out more...not 100% sure but I think that is what I read
