Grrrrrr!!! My website is down!

I don't think I have ever had my website go down, but I can't access my control panel or account information either. The host must be having problems, because I can't even get on their site to send a ticket in! I guess I'll have to settle for leaving voice messages and email. Frustrating!!!

GRRR! That is frustrating.... who are you hosting with? Have they put up any information on their website about routine maintenance or a scheduled down time?

If it continues for too long... you can normally ask them for a partial refund for your hosting costs.... just a though.

I can't even contact them! I've been hosting with them since 2001 and have never had any downtime other than routine scheduled maintenence once in a blue moon at 1:00 AM or something like that.
