Marcia, what classifies a leo as high yellow.Ive heard reduced spotting of the legs or no spotting on legs. Would it be both?

No, becasue there is a lot of black pigment at the base of the tail.

what classifies a leo as high yellow.

Mainly it's a subjective thing. I would classify the #1 geckos as a high yellow because it is very yellow, and has reduced spotting. The lovely lavender bands are classic for the high-yellows, even though they will probably fade to a greyish color as the gecko develops.
