Guidance on Dusting

Can someone let me know what the ideal dusting schedule is and what to use? Right now, I use ReptoCal on the insects or worms everyday and Rep-Cal w-out D3 in the tank everyday. Thanks!

What your doing now sounds like a good balance- you could even skip dusting every other feeding. Also gut loading your insects for a couple hours (on a carrot or chunk of potato) before feeding can be helpful

Am I supposed to be using a multivitamin as well? I'm a bit confused about that.

If you're using this: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/images/Categoryimages/normal/p_153331_19385D.jpg Then you don't need a multivitamin, as that contains vitamin A. Just follow the instructions on the bottle.

EDIT: At least, I don't think so. It doesn't state that it's an all-in-one like some others, so now I'm actually not entirely sure. =/
