Gutload Food in The Feeding Dish

Besides the crickets and superworms I feed my leos, I always keep a small dish of about ten medium mealworms in my leos habitat. Sometimes they go untouched - sometimes they are all devoured. Regardless, I replace them every day. Is it ok to keep a little cricket gutload (Flukers) in the mealworm's dish to keep them happy and fed, or is ingesting some of that possibly bad for the geckos? It's not like it's sand or anything undigestable, so I assume the chance for small amounts of it being eaten causing impaction would be very small. Bob

I keep a small slice of apple in mine for hydration. You prob don't want to feed them in the dish though because then they would also defecate. Not positive though.
