Gutloading mealies or supers

I've had my juvies on a diet of mealies every day, dusted with repashy with D3 twice a week and occassionaly crickets. I was planning on maybe switching to supers seeing that they are almost adults. I just had a question about gutloading them. With my mealies I put them in a critter keeper with about an inch of quaker oats uncooked oatmeal. THen I add some baby carrots, sometimes apples or potatoes. I let them feed for about 24-36 hours and then pop them back in the fridge until feeding time and each gets about 6-8 mealies per night. WOuld I gutload the supers the same?? I know I don't need to feed them as many, I've heard maybe 2-3 per feeding. Just making I have the right information.

Yep... I keep my supers in about 2 inches of old fashioned oats with an apple wedge, a carrot and a potato wedge along with some crushed up good quality dog food as per my breeders suggestion and Eros has done well so far.

Supers go crazy over romaine lettuce, usually $1.59 a big head at walmart, sweet potatoes, squash. Any good dense veggie scraps are good. Leaving the top open gives them great ventilation so mold on veggies is minimal if any.

I also feed this to growing mealies that are not refrigerated.
