Gutloading process in detail, please :)

I have searched for about an hour and couldn't find what I'm looking for lol

Can someone tell me exactly how to do the gutload process? I think I have been doing it wrong :main_rolleyes:

With mealies it's pretty simple since you can keep them in the gut load & just add a potato for moisture.

Crickets: I keep them in a container with gutload in a dish & the gel form of water. They get dusted with calcium & given to the leos a few times a week.

The only other part is the vitamins & D3 which are only given once a week.

What do you use as gut load?
Do you take the mealies out of the tub you but them in and put them in another container?
While they are "gutloading" do you keep them out of the fridge? At what temp?

And anything else you can think of lol
