Gutloading

Is there anything I can't gutload with? I mostly hear of carrots and the store bought cricket gutloads, but what about apples, celery, lettuce, oranges, etc.? I feed mealworms if that makes any difference. Thanks.

i know you can add apples, i believe oranges too for a water type supplement. I seen lettuce used also. But you can also used oatmeal or what oats for the substrate and they can feed on that. just make sure you take out the moisture foods before putting them back in the fridge. but you can leave the substrate food.
