Had the fright of my life today

So I was doing some spot cleaning with my leo's tank today and to reach into the tank comfortably I need to stand on something(I'm not short ) so I got a chair and got up and was doing my thing when the chair's leg broke sending me to the ground and knocking my leo's tank on its side(with her in it). Somehow through all that she managed to land undisturbed in her hide in the tank while I was on my ass.
Needless to say I checked her out and nothing happened to her, but I went out and bought a sturdy stepladder and moved her tank back more to stop this from happening again.

I about took out a snake rack the other night in a similar manner. Darn chair gave out. I didn't flop but fell into a tall plastic snake rack heh. Noone was injured but the chair. Its now on its last leg. bwhahaha.

I wasn't worried about my self, I jumped up and rushed to see if my leo was alright. I was afraid that she might have been crushed by her stone buddha or one of her hides :bigcry:, but instead she just looked at me and ran off to hide behind her leaves as I would imagine it startled her a bit.

Your lucky you werent KILLED! And found lying on the floor stabbed to death with dagger shaped shards of broken glass from the aquarium and have to have someone find you lying in a pool of blood with your crushed gecko :dead:

Ugh! This reptile hobby is dangerous! :shocked:

I think I watch too many horror movies, either that or I have a very SICK and TWISTED mind:main_evilgrin: It might be the latter
