haitian curly tailed lizard and the vet

i have a question about a haitian curly tailed lizard. the vet said he has MBD and wants to put him down because they dont think he'll make it. should i continue doing slurry, repta aid, and getting him to lick calcium off my finger or should i have him put down?

i have posted about him before, after the way he was living idk if he'll make it or not but im trying my hardest.

Sad to say this, but if they vet says that it is best put down, I would listen to the vet. Its kind of like the old people in the special care homes, they don't really like it, but they don't have a choice =P
