Halloween Mask?

Hello, I'm new here. I'm thinking about getting a few Leos and have been looking through all the breeders sites. I have a question on "Halloween Masks". Is this an actual mutation? They sort of look like Bandits, and I'm wondering if this is just a different name for Bandits. I ask because it seems the Halloween Mask Leos cost more over the Bandits.
