I know this isnt a Holloween pic but My Giant hybino female looks alot like yours and her head too, But you cant really tell in the pic, and she is 92 grams, the biggest female i have! She was brighter in the head and body like yours but it faded since breeding as usual.

I just saw your gecko in another thread about biggins . they look like sisters she was one of the youngest I had ever bred and I wouldn't have if she wasn't 60 + grams at 10 months old.
