I have used them. They are also known as Horn worms or Tomato worms.
They are great for almost any reptile just have to make sure to feed them when they are still small because they grow REALLY fast.

They are very nutritious being high in calcium and low in fat. Also have a lot of moisture so can help re-hydrate an animal, which also makes them not a good staple but an excellent treat. Their nutritional value is similar to that of a silk worm.

i used to feed them to my chameleon all the time but for almost the last year i couldnt get them some kinda issues with pemits and being classed as an invasive animal but i was at an expo and found some that a vendor has a permit for he bring them over as eggs and hatchs them i got 18 for 15 buck which is a good deal since they were a buck a peice now im growing them up and going to feed them off with in the next week or 2 great feeder but not as a staple for a leo i would use it as a treat but for a chameleon they are a great choice of feeder

I have used them as food supplement in the past. Not recently. I have also tried pupating them. a few hatched out the moths are a decent size but I could not get them to feed.
