Has this ever happened to you

I had a air of belle enigma x red stripe juvies hatch today. The first one made it out of the egg and died all twisted up. The second popped its head out of th egg and died. It just strikes me as odd for both to hatch and then die...I would've thought they would've died in the egg....

I had one season before last that died right after hatching ( 10 minutes or so). I couldnt get a necropsy done so Im not sure what caused it. It wasnt an enigma X though....he was a mack/TAG X.
