Hey guys first off i have an african fat tail gecko and yes i do know there is a section in the forums for fatties but it is a lot less active than this part of the forums.
Fudge is 4 years old, has a nice big fat tail and generally his eating patterns are really good! I have noticed tho with this last feed he hasnt ate anything and hasnt pooped in about 3/4 days which isnt normal for him, he would generally poop if not every day then every other day. Nothing has changed ie temps etc, i have a dimming stat in so once a certain temperature is exceeded the light will dim so it cant be temp, and im pretty certain he isnt impacted, i dont have him on sand or anything he could swallow by accident. i have also checked his belly for any dark spots and its clean so im not sure at all what his problem is :/
He also due a shed pretty soon, he has got quite dark in colour which he does do before a shed so maybe that could be his problem? but as i say nothing like this has happened before
Any help will be greatly appreciated
