Hatched severally deformed

I had my first two hatch...same clutch... one was perfect the other deformed. It appears to be missing an eye. Almost as if that side of her face was pushed up against something while developing.

It has been almost a week and she is still moving around drinking water. I've not seen her eat as of yet. But she is in the middle of a shed.

Is there anything that I may have done to cause this. I have to say the egg appeared to grow more than twice the size before she hatched.

deformities are just part of breeding geckos sadly. But it wouldn't hurt to explain how you are cooking your eggs.
