hatchling back heat

I presently have an adult rack that has 4' belly heat.I am shopping around for a hatchling rack which has 11 " back heat.Will the back heat tape warm 1/3 of the surface area that the hatchlings need?

i have a hatchling rack with 11" back heat and the back of each tub is 92 degrees constantly.

Well what type of tubs and stuff are you using It well i bealive try looking at some videos on youtube there some about things like this.
